Services
Rosey Development provides custom Minecraft development services including:
- Custom datapack creation
- Filament resource pack development
- Server optimization and custom mechanics
- Technical support and maintenance
Payment Terms
- All prices are listed in USD and may vary based on project complexity
- Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed
- We accept various payment methods as discussed during consultation
- Prices are subject to change without notice
Refund Policy
Important: Refunds are only available if the agreed-upon work was not completed as specified in the project agreement.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of project completion
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process
- Partial refunds may be issued for partially completed work
- Custom work that has been delivered and meets specifications is non-refundable
- Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion
Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you receive rights to use the delivered content
- We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio
- You may not resell or redistribute our work without permission
- Any pre-existing code or assets remain our intellectual property
Project Timeline
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on project complexity
- Delays caused by client feedback or changes may extend timelines
- We will communicate any significant delays promptly
- Rush orders may incur additional fees
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
